Standard orders are prepared for delivery within 5-10 working days of purchase, except if specified otherwise.

Made to measure, custom design or color orders are prepared for delivery within 10-20 working days of purchase.

In cases when import, customs, and local sales taxes have to be paid in order to receive an order from the shipping provider, it is customer's responsibility to cover these taxes.

 

RETURNS

 

If you have ordered the wrong size, decided the item does not fit you or wish to return it for any other reason please do so within 14 days of delivery.

Made to measure, custom design or color orders are non-returnable.

 

We are not able to accept returned items that are dirty or have been worn or washed. All items have to be in their original packaging and have original label on them. We are not able to accept returns with removed labels.

 

We do not offer a free returns service. All return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Standard Sizes (XS–XL): Choose for a ready-to-wear fit, ideal for standard body shapes.

 

Made-to-Measure: Enter your Upper Bust, Bust, Waist, Hips, and Height for a custom fit, perfect for unique sizes or tailored precision. For best results, have measurements taken at a tailoring studio or contact us at hello@nomifame.com for measurement guidelines. Measurements are mandatory. Non-returnable.

 

Custom Design & Color: Modify design details (e.g., neckline, sleeve length, hem, slit, or more) or choose your preferred color. Contact us at hello@nomifame.com to discuss your design changes and send a photo of your desired color to confirm availability. Pricing will be calculated individually. Custom design and color orders are non-returnable.
