If you have ordered the wrong size, decided the item does not fit you or wish to return it for any other reason please do so within 14 days of delivery.
We are not able to accept returned items that are dirty or have been worn or washed. All items have to be in their original packaging and have original label on them. We are not able to accept returns with removed labels.
If you wish to return your order please send us an email to email@example.com. Please include order number and reason for returning this item. You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within 1-2 business days.
Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
An exchange of the item is done in situations when a garment is received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After we analyze the given information, we will either reject or approve the return. Once it is approved and the garment is attained, we will be able to issue you a refund.
When a return or exchange is approved, the garment needs to be sent to Fiziku street 12 - 77, Vilnius, Lithuania, LT-08447. Also, please note that when a new garment is sent for an exchange, the time for it to reach the customer may vary because of the chosen delivery method.
In case when a refund is late or missing, please check your bank account. If the refund is not received for quite some time, contact your bank to get more information about the process.
