RETURN POLICY

 

 

If you have ordered the wrong size, decided the item does not fit you or wish to return it for any other reason please do so within 14 days of delivery.

 

We do not offer a free returns service. All return shipping costs are at the customers expense.

If you wish to return your order please send us an email to returns@nomifame.com. Please include order number and reason for returning this item. You will receive a return confirmation emaill with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

We are not able to accept returned items that are dirty, torn or have been worn or washed. All items have to be in their original packaging and have an original label on them. We are not able to accept returns with removed labels.

 

Please allow up to 14 days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange sizes, you will need to place a new order for the size that you require and return your original order.
