Returns & Refunds

 

We believe in considered fashion — creating thoughtfully, producing in small quantities, and avoiding unnecessary overproduction. Because each piece is made with care and our collections are produced in limited quantities, we kindly ask that you consider your purchase carefully before ordering.

 

Refunds

Eligible full-priced items may be returned for a refund when requested within 7 days of delivery.

 

Store Credit

Returns requested within 14 days of delivery may be accepted for store credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

• Unworn, unwashed and unaltered

• Free from marks, stains, scent or damage

• With all original tags attached

• In their original condition and packaging where possible

 

All returns must be approved before being sent. Once approved, the return must be shipped within 14 days.

 

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes, import or clearance fees associated with the return. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

 

Pre-Orders

Pre-order pieces are eligible for return under our standard returns policy. Pre-orders allow us to produce in small, considered quantities rather than overproducing. As pre-order pieces are made according to our standard designs and sizing, they remain eligible for return.

 

Bespoke & Personalised Pieces

Bespoke, personalised and custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.

 

Clearance

Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. These cases are handled separately from change-of-mind returns and are subject to applicable consumer law.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, you may place a new order and return your original item if eligible.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your order or country of residence.
